Ron Kiskis
President
Ron joined Chevron Research Company as a chemist in 1974 and held positions of increasing responsibility throughout the company. In 1984 he was named Manager, Additives Product Development, Chevron Research. Ron was named Manager, Fuels Division in 1985 and, in 1990, was appointed Group Manager, Fuels, Chevron Research and Technology Company. In 1991 Ron was named President of Chevron Canada Ltd. He was elected Vice President, Human Resources, Chevron Corporation in 1993 and also became responsible for environmental compliance and emergency response in 1995. In 1998 he was named Team Leader, Caspian Action Team, and in 1999, was appointed General Manager, Technology, Petrochemicals and Plastics Division, Chevron Chemical Company. Ron was named to his current position in 2000.
Ron earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
Bill Schumacher
Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply
Bill joined Chevron Chemical in 1979 as an engineer in the Fertilizer Division, became a District Sales Manager in 1984, and was named Plant Manager in Kennewick, Washington, in 1989. In 1992 Bill received Chevron's Chairman's Award for outstanding leadership and became Operations Manager at Oak Point, Louisiana. In 1996 he moved to the Chevron Chemical Petrochemicals Division as Plant Manager at St. James, Louisiana. In 1998 he became Manager of the Port Arthur Chemical Plant and was named to his current position in 2000.
Bill earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Iowa State University.
Andy Tugendhat

Andy worked as a project engineer for various upstream and downstream projects in Chevron Corporation beginning in 1981. For the past 13 years, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Chevron Oronite, including: Fuel Additives Product Manager, Business Manager for the Americas Region, Vice President for Global Marketing and Business Management, Asia-Pacific Regional Manager, and Vice President, Products and Technology. Andy was named to his current position in 2006.
Andy graduated with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned an MBA from St. Mary's College.
Jirong Xiao

Jirong joined Chevron Research & Technology Company as a research engineer in 1990 and, in 1997, became Area Business Manager in Technology Marketing at Chevron Products. He has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility within the Chevron Global Downstream organization where his last assignment was with Global Marketing as the Services Center, Center of Focus Manager. Jirong was named to his current position in 2006.
Jirong graduated with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the East China Institute of Chemical Technology in Shanghai and has a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from MIT.
Rich Conway
CFO
Rich joined Chevron Chemical Company in 1979 as a Financial Analyst. After working in Chevron Chemical for 10 years he joined the Chevron Information Technology Company as Finance Manager before moving on to the Chevron Global Downstream Refining organization where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. Rich was named to his current position at Chevron Oronite in 2004. In addition to his role, Rich is a board member for AMSA, Chevron Oronite China Ltd., and Chevron Oronite Japan Ltd.
Anne O'Neal
Global Manager, Operational Excellence and Health, Environment and Safety
Anne joined Chevron Research Company as a Process Engineer in 1982. She held a variety of positions in Process Design, Process Engineering and Refinery Operations. In 1990 she joined the Corporate Health, Environment and Loss Prevention Department where she coordinated Chevron's implementation of Process Safety Management. Anne was appointed Manager of Learning and Development for Chevron's Technology Companies in 1996 and oversaw the development of Chevron Technical University and the Horizons program. She returned to the Corporation Health, Environment and Safety Department in 2004 as Manager, Planning and Performance. Anne was named to her current position in 2006.
Anne earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. She has served on a variety of industry, academic and philanthropic boards, currently including the Center for Chemical Process Safety, UC Davis Department of Chemical Engineering and Material Science and the Boy Scouts of America.
Dennis Mores

Dennis joined Chevron Information Technology Company in 1983 as an Application Developer for Downstream. During the early years of his career, he led many Downstream IT Projects with increasing value until he took a management position in 1992 to lead the Lubricants Application Development and Support team. He has held numerous IT Management positions with increasing responsibilities enabling solutions encompassing the entire technology value chain. Dennis was named to his current position in 2006.
Dennis earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a minor degree in Mathematics from Sacramento State University.
Charles Lee
Managing Counsel
Charles became a member of the Oronite Leadership Team in October 2007. He is a business lawyer who joined the legal department of Chevron Corporation in 2006 and was appointed Managing Counsel, Corporate Unit in June 2007. He advises Chevron's Technology and Services companies, including Oronite, as well as various Chevron corporate departments with respect to business and commercial matters. Prior to joining Chevron, Charles worked in private practice, most recently with Bingham McCutchen, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Charles earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
