This United States Consumer Privacy Statement (the “Statement”) describes how Chevron Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, “Chevron,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose personal data relating to United States residents, including when they use our US websites (the “Sites”), mobile applications (the “Apps”), social media pages, emails, texts, and other offline business interactions (collectively, the “Services”). For purposes of this Statement, “personal data” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.
This Statement does not address our data practices regarding the personal data of current or former employees, job applicants, contractors, or similar individuals.

You can submit a request by calling (toll free) +1 844 338 3905 or submitting a request through our online webform. We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and sensitivity of the personal data subject to the request. We may decline to honor your request where an exception applies.
We may need to request personal data from you to verify or honor a request. For example, in order to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests and determine the requirements applicable to your specific request, we may ask for your phone number and email address to confirm your request and your state of residency. If you maintain a password-protected account with us, we may verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account and require you to re-authenticate yourself before disclosing or deleting your personal data. You may make a request on behalf of a child who is under 13 years old if you are the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you make a request to delete, we may ask you to confirm your request before we delete your personal data.

In addition, we may require that you verify your identity as described in the “how to exercise your privacy rights” section or confirm that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.
additional notice of financial incentive / loyalty program for App users who are residents of California and Colorado
We may offer you various incentives, including special offers, discounts, rewards and coupons pursuant to certain rewards, including the Chevron Texaco Rewards (CTR), ExtraMile Rewards (EMR), and Albertsons Gas Reward programs, throughout the year for providing us with your personal information. Categories of personal information that may be collected pursuant to a program by either us and/or Albertsons, include, but are not limited to: identifiers such as name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number and unique device information such as your IP address or mobile operating system; protected classification characteristics under California or federal law such as your age, gender or other demographic information; geolocation information including when you use one of the program’s apps, the precise geolocation; commercial information; and other information you provide when you communicate with us or use the Services.
We do not assign a monetary value to the data we collect, but based on a good-faith estimate, we believe the value received from your personal information is reasonably equal to the value of the benefit we offer you pursuant to a Rewards Program. This estimate is not specific to any given individual who participates in a Rewards Program (a "Member”) and may vary by Member. We have calculated such value by taking into consideration, without limitation, relevant factors related to the estimated value of such information to us, as set forth under California Law.
If eligible, you may join the CTR and EMR programs by creating a user account on the Chevron, Texaco, or ExtraMile Rewards mobile apps, or program websites. Once you create the user account, you will be enrolled in the CTR and EMR programs. Material terms of participating in the programs, including all terms and conditions concerning the collection, use and retention of a Member's personal information, the required arbitration of any disputes Members have, and the waiver of Members' ability to bring claims in class action format, are set forth in the applicable terms and conditions, Privacy Statement and this Supplement, and should be carefully reviewed prior to participation in the programs.
You have the right to delete your user account on the Chevron, Texaco or ExtraMile Rewards mobile apps by going to "My Profile" on the app or website, selecting "Settings" and then "Delete Account" and following the prompts from there. Your user account will be deleted from the mobile apps and websites. This will include any payment methods, all transaction receipts, and any earned points and rewards. Once you delete your user account, you will no longer be able to access this information. We reserve the right to maintain information for eligibility purposes and to the extent permitted by law.
You may join the Albertsons (and other Albertsons Companies Inc family of stores) Gas Reward program ("Albertsons for U®") by creating a Program Member account by (1) entering your 10-digit mobile phone number in an in-store PIN pad at checkout of an Albertsons or other ACI banner store, or (2) registering online at Albertsons.com/forU (or other ACI banner store websites) or through each banner store's mobile application by providing complete and accurate information. Full terms and conditions of your participation in the Albertsons for U® program, including opt-out and contact information can be found at Albertsons.com/foru and albertsonscompanies.com/about-us/our-policies/terms-of-use.html.
If you are a member of the Albertsons for U® program, you may enter your Albertsons for U® Rewards ID directly into the pump dispenser or you may link your Albertsons for U® Rewards ID ("for U Rewards mobile number") in the Chevron, Texaco or ExtraMile Rewards app wallet to redeem Albertsons grocery gas rewards towards fuel purchases at participating Chevron and Texaco locations. Upon entering your registered phone number, Chevron or its administrator will check your available balances under the CTR, EMR, and Albertsons for U® Rewards programs and provide you the option to redeem. The available rewards from the programs will be automatically combined and applied at participating locations if you linked your accounts and paid using your Chevron, Texaco or ExtraMile Rewards app account or if you joined the CTR or EMR and Safeway/Albertsons Reward Points programs with the same number.
You may unlink your Albertsons for U® Rewards ID at any time by deleting it from the Chevron, Texaco, or ExtraMile Rewards app wallet. Once you unlink your Albertsons for U® Rewards 10-digit phone number from the Chevron, Texaco, or ExtraMile Rewards app, you will need to enter your Albertsons for U® Rewards ID at the pump dispenser following the prompts on the screen to redeem Albertsons gas rewards towards savings on fuel purchases at participating Chevron and Texaco locations.
